Economy group vehicles require at least 21 years of age and a 2-year driving license, medium group vehicles must have a 24-year-old and 3-year driver's license, and upper group vehicles must have a 27-year-old and 4-year driver's license.

Car rental age limit: 23 years for economy class vehicles, 3-year driver's license with 3000 TL guarantee fee, 25 years for middle class vehicles, 3-year driver's license with 7500 TL guarantee fee, 26 years for upper class vehicles, 4-year driver's license with 17500 TL, 27 years for premium vehicles. Annual driver's license security fee is 26000 TL.

Provision procedures are among the procedures applied during car rental. It is applied to protect any traffic fines, bridge crossings, highway usage or other additional charges that may come behind you during the rental. Provision cancellations are canceled within 1 working days by faxing to the bank the next day of your vehicle return day.

License and age limit for car rentals may vary according to vehicle classes. You can view the age limits for economy class vehicles or upper segment vehicles by making an online reservation from the section where the vehicle information is written.

If the vehicle you rent is included in your contract, an additional driver can use it, it is forbidden to deliver the vehicle to third parties. All material / moral damages and losses that may occur due to such uses will be invoiced to you.

In case of early return of the vehicle, the number of unused days is not refunded. Planning is done according to the rental start and end dates specified in the rental contract.

If our guests crash into a stationary vehicle or if our vehicle is hit by third parties while our vehicle is parked; Without changing the location of the vehicle, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by contacting the nearest police or gendarmerie station. In case of collision; driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license, the driver being underage, the driver having alcohol or mental health suspicions, one of the vehicles involved in the accident belonging to a public institution, damage to property belonging to public institutions, damage to property belonging only to third parties, traffic insurance of one of the vehicles involved in the accident. If there is at least one of the following situations; if the accident results in death or bodily harm, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the vehicle. If none of the above-mentioned items occur in the event of a collision, our guests are required to keep a Material Damage Accident Report based on how the accident occurred.

Traffic and alcohol reports should be kept immediately after the accident. If the accident is bilateral, a copy of the other party's license, insurance policy and driver's license must be taken from the other party at the accident site and the same documents belonging to you must be given to the other party. Immediately after the accident, the number on the rental agreement should be notified.
 

In the event that the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol, under the influence of any substance or above the speed limits, and the person renting the vehicle is completely at fault, the person renting the vehicle is held responsible for all damages that may occur.
 

In case of no report, missing or invalid documents, the tenant cannot benefit from the insurance in any way and cannot claim to benefit.

In the specified cases, the claim to benefit from the insurance will be deemed invalid and the resulting damages will be excluded from the insurance coverage.
 

The use of the vehicle by a person other than the name or names specified on the rental agreement.

Do not use the vehicle outside of normal conditions. (Use that will damage the engine, road conditions, use with a flat or damaged tire, incorrect fueling.)
Driving outside the traffic rules. (Exceeding the speed limit, red light etc. other violations, driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any substance.)
The load carried in the vehicle causes an accident.

Careless use of the vehicle. (Situations such as not using the vehicle according to precipitation or road conditions, not following the vehicle in front in accordance with the safety following distance, etc.)

In case of an accident, damage or theft, failure to notify the contact number provided, and the vehicle being abandoned at the accident site.

Failure to receive a traffic and alcohol report even after a maximum of 48 hours have passed since the accident.
If the vehicle is stolen, the original key is not delivered.

Continuing to use the vehicle without any approval even though the rental period has expired and not being delivered.

To take action without informing the relevant contact numbers in case of damage to tires, headlights or glasses.
Such situations are not included in the insurance.
 

The financial compensation amount to be incurred from the damages inflicted to third parties in the accidents that occur is covered by the financial liability insurance. The amounts excluded from the guarantee are the responsibility of the customer. İzmir My Rent A Car cannot be held responsible for the amounts other than the guarantee.

We are trying to send our customers the car they booked. However, if the vehicle you have booked arrives late or damaged, we will send you an equivalent vehicle, taking into account the fuel and gear status of the vehicle you have chosen.
